The HRF535-02 hot air debinding furnace is primarily designed for drying, curing, or debinding processes in semiconductors, electronic components, or materials. The equipment features stainless steel heating tubes for heating, a centrifugal fan for air supply, a double-layer stainless steel structure, full fiber insulation, and is controlled by an imported single-loop intelligent temperature controller. The HRF535-02 hot air box furnace uses a touch screen as the upper computer, with a Japanese Shimaden intelligent program temperature controller and Siemens PLC as the lower computer to form the control system. The upper computer is programmed with configuration software, featuring a beautiful and user-friendly interface. The system is stable and reliable, suitable for long-term uninterrupted continuous operation. It offers strong real-time performance in data acquisition and control, with high reliability. In particular, the upper computer's real-time collection of temperature data from the temperature control module and the transmission of set parameters are highly responsive, ensuring the stability of the control system.

The entire oven is mainly divided into four major parts: furnace structure, furnace door design, hot air circulation system, intake and exhaust system, and exhaust treatment device.

The HRF535-02 hot air debinding furnace is controlled by a Japanese Shimaden intelligent program temperature controller, featuring a 4×16-segment heating curve. The adjustment of the temperature curve is achieved through automatic control settings. The temperature controller receives signals detected by the thermocouple, and the power regulator triggers the control of the power module. The K-type thermocouple measures temperature, and the instrument has a PID auto-tuning function, with single-point control stability reaching ±1°C. It also includes multiple alarm protection functions such as high-temperature upper limit alarm and thermocouple failure indication.

Power Requirements: Capacity greater than 14kVA, 3-phase 5-wire, voltage 240/380-415V, frequency 50Hz. Live wires: yellow, green, red; neutral wire: blue; ground wire: yellow-green.

Gas Source Requirements: Clean, dry, oil-free compressed air, intake pressure 0.2~0.4MPa, air consumption 5~15m³/h, interface Φ12 quick-connect fitting.

The equipment must be installed indoors under the following environmental conditions: temperature 0~40°C, humidity ≤80%RH, no corrosive gases, and no strong airflow disturbances.

The equipment requires a floor area of no less than 5 square meters, with a solid and level foundation. The total weight of the furnace is approximately 500kg.

The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase five-wire AC power line, 380±10%V, 50±2%Hz. This power line is dedicated, and large power conversion equipment such as welding machines, electric furnaces, and metal-cutting machine tools should not be connected to this distribution.

The equipment must be reliably grounded.

The intake pressure of the equipment is 0.2~0.4MPa, with air consumption of 5~15m³/h.


Routine Maintenance

1)The installation of the furnace must be stable.

2)The furnace body should be reliably grounded to ensure safety.

3)Before troubleshooting, power must be disconnected before proceeding.

4)Regularly inspect the interior of the furnace. If any abnormalities are found, contact Chitherm Company promptly and take appropriate measures.

5)It is recommended to perform an empty burn every week to remove adherent substances and crystals from the furnace interior.

6)After each sintering cycle, clean the interior and exterior of the equipment thoroughly, especially areas prone to adhesive buildup such as the furnace door.

During the use of the furnace, it is strictly prohibited to move the position arbitrarily. If relocation is necessary due to work reasons, the following preparations must be completed before moving:

1)Disconnect the main power supply line.

2)Remove the thermocouples;

3)Protect the control panel with soft packaging.

If for some reason (other than damage) the equipment cannot be put into operation temporarily, the following preparations must be made before storing the equipment:

1)Wipe the surface of the equipment clean.

2)Ensure that the furnace door is securely locked.

3)Cover the entire equipment with plastic bags and wrap it up.

4)Store the equipment in a cool and dry place.

Pre-Power-Up Preparations

1)Check if the furnace interior is flat and free of abnormalities.

2)Inspect all electrical wiring for firm connections and ensure there are no loose wires.

3)Check that all push-button switches are reset.

4)Verify that the external gas inlet valve is closed.

5)Inspect all heating elements for damage.

6)Check that the touch screen control system is connected properly.

7)Ensure that the gas meets the equipment requirements.

The entire furnace structure is divided into the furnace chamber, hot air system, and control system. The furnace chamber is sealed and welded from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plates, with ceramic fiber insulation material filled between the furnace chamber and the furnace frame. The furnace chamber adopts a double-layer stainless steel structure. The outer layer of stainless steel is argon arc welded to form a sealed space with the furnace door; the inner layer of stainless steel forms the air duct, facilitating horizontal air circulation. Ceramic fiber blankets are filled between the outer plate of the furnace chamber and the furnace frame to provide insulation and heat resistance.

The hot air system consists of a circulating fan, air ducts, and heaters; the circulating fan is installed at the top of the furnace chamber, with circulating air exiting from the right side of the top and being drawn in from the left side through the working chamber; stainless steel heaters are arranged at the outlets of the top deflector plates.

The furnace opening uses a single-opening furnace door combined with sealing strips for sealing. The furnace door protrudes inward, primarily to prevent heat reduce heat convection; silicone rubber sealing strips are installed around the furnace door to ensure the overall airtightness of the furnace chamber.
