Description
The HWF100-10NH Atmosphere Sintering Furnace adopts high-quality heating elements and a multi-layer fiber insulation structure, equipped with a high-precision PID intelligent control system. The entire process of heating, holding and cooling is programmable, with a temperature control accuracy of up to ±1℃. The furnace features excellent temperature uniformity, ensuring uniform heating of workpieces, effectively reducing deformation, cracking and performance fluctuations, and meeting high-standard sintering requirements.
The equipment is designed with an excellent sealing structure and vacuum replacement capability. It can be filled with inert gases such as nitrogen and argon or custom mixed atmospheres to form a stable and controllable protective atmosphere, which effectively isolates oxygen and impurities, fundamentally prevents high-temperature oxidation, decarburization and discoloration of materials, and ensures the sintered parts have a smooth surface, pure composition and stable performance.
The atmosphere and pressure inside the furnace can be precisely adjusted to adapt to the process curves of different materials.
