The 304/316L Stainless Steel Capillary Tubing Slotted, Graduated Biopsy Puncture Needle is a sophisticated medical instrument engineered for precise tissue sampling and fluid aspiration. Product Processing
  1. Material Preparation: Selection and cutting of certified 304 or 316L stainless steel capillary tubing to precise length.
  2. Slot Machining: Precision micro-milling or laser cutting of one or more longitudinal slots near the distal end of the needle.
  3. Tip Formation: Grinding and polishing to create a sharp, beveled, or specialized (e.g., trocar) tip for tissue penetration.
  4. Laser Graduation Marking: High-precision laser etching of depth markers (in centimeters or millimeters) along the needle shaft.
  5. Surface Finishing: Electropolishing and passivation for a smooth, biocompatible, and corrosion-resistant surface, both inside and outside.
