Description
With extremely low saturated vapor pressure, low thermal expansion coefficient and extremely good high-temperature strength, tungsten and molybdenum materials are the best choice for high-temperature in-furnace heating elements.
Typicaly, we suggest that the operating temperature of heater is not more than 2,000℃ and the operating temperature of tungsten heating bodies is not more than 2,800℃.
The recrystallization temperature of lanthanum, aluminum and potassium doped tungsten and molybdenum wire mesh heaters is significantly higher, which improves creep resistance and oxidation resistance
Features:
1.Molybdenum sheet adopts the material moloybdenum with a high purity of 99.9%;
2.Surface of molybdenum sheet has metallic silver luster;
3.Its radiation shielding effect is equivalent to that of lead plate;
