In sintering or heat treatment furnaces, tungsten or molybdenum vessels are used when the material to be treated is in the form of powder or granules, and are designed in different shapes depending on the shape of the material to be treated and the ventilation conditions.
Depending on the temperature, strength and purity of the material to be processed, we can provide pure tungsten vessels, pure molybdenum vessels, high temperature molybdenum vessels and TZM vessels.
The tungsten, molybdenum and alloy boats made by Acme have good resistance to high temperature deformation and high dimensional accuracy.
Application:
1.Tungsten loaded boats are mainly used for sintering and annealing both metal and nonmetal materials in reduction atmosphere;
2. They're also applied in sintering boat for powder products, such as sintering precision ceramics.
Features:
1.Tungsten box are elaborately made from molybdenum plates with high quality;
2. It adopts over 99.95% high-class pure tungsten as material;
3.Tungsten shield is accurately riveted and welded;
4. The maximum working temperature of tungsten shield is above 2400℃ and it shall be applied under vacuum and reducing atmosphere;
5. Our products are annealed.

A Determine with an extensometer accurate to 0.5% elongation or class.
B Nonmagnetic composition to Classes 1,2and 3 shall be 94 ksi(648 MPa) miinimum ultimate tensile strength . Minimum alongation shall be 2% on Classes 1 and 2 and 1% on Class 3.
