Braking Resistor Box Dynamic Braking Resistor Cabinet Stable Operation DC Low Voltage Braking Resistor Boxes
Introduction
The braking resistor box is applied during the rapid stopping process of the motor. To protect the frequency converter from the harm of the motor's regenerated electrical energy, the regenerated electrical energy generated during the rapid braking of the motor is directly consumed and converted, and not returned to the power network. This ensures the stable operation and safety of the power network, and is also widely used in electric locomotives and electrically driven diesel locomotives for braking.
The braking resistors are designed and manufactured by using high-quality large-power resistors independently developed by Lonroy and various new alloy resistors. They can be matched with different IP protection levels of enclosures. They can be divided into DC low-voltage braking resistor boxes and high-voltage braking resistor boxes, and can be applied in different complex working environments. They have many advantages such as good heat dissipation, stable operation, high reliability, and flexible and convenient installation.
