The 12m Medium-Duty Horizontal Wire Accumulator is designed to provide temporary wire storage and stable tension control in wire and cable extrusion lines. It helps maintain continuous production during reel changes, speed synchronization and other line transitions.
This model accommodates wire and cable diameters from 8mm to 25 mm and provides an effective accumulation capacity of approximately from 130m to 300 m. Its horizontal design, hardened aluminum guide wheels, encoder-based linkage system and synchronized safety controls support stable integration with upstream and downstream equipment.
