QA/S3.64.1 ABB MDRC Industrial Energy Analyzer M-Bus for 16 Devices Energy Management
Core Technical Parameters
- Basic Specification
Model QA/S3.64.1, belonging to the ABB MDRC professional building automation series, is an industrial-grade energy analyzer exclusive for M-Bus (Meter Bus). Its core positioning is the core unit for centralized energy data acquisition and analysis of energy metering devices in building automation systems. A single device supports synchronous access to 16 M-Bus compatible metering devices, specially designed for the refined statistics, monitoring and management of water, electricity, gas, heat and other energy consumption in buildings. Different from ordinary metering instruments, it is a key data acquisition hub of the energy management system, balancing the multi-device access capability and the accuracy of data acquisition.
- Core Energy Monitoring & M-Bus Communication
Natively supports the M-Bus (Meter Bus) international standard protocol, a single device can access up to 16 M-Bus compatible energy metering devices (electric meters, water meters, gas meters, heat meters, etc.) to realize synchronous and real-time acquisition of energy consumption data of 16 devices; collect core metering parameters: cumulative energy consumption, instantaneous energy consumption, unit usage. For electrical equipment, it can additionally collect electrical parameters such as voltage, current and power; for water/gas/heat equipment, it can collect flow, cumulative usage and other parameters. The acquisition frequency is customizable to meet the refined statistical needs of building energy consumption; it supports local caching and timed upload of energy consumption data, adapting to the data interaction rhythm of different building energy management systems.
- Compatibility & Adaptation
Seamlessly connect to the KNX/EIB intelligent building control bus, and can upload the collected energy consumption data of 16 devices to the KNX building central control system and professional energy management platform to realize visual display, remote monitoring and report generation of energy consumption data; support the expansion of RS485/RJ45 standard industrial communication interfaces, adapting to the networking needs of building automation systems with non-KNX architecture and having strong versatility; adopt M-Bus bus standardized plug-and-play wiring, 16-channel device interfaces are uniformly designed with convenient wiring and no complex programming. Equipped with a lightweight configuration tool, non-professional operation and maintenance personnel can quickly complete device access and parameter configuration, and later maintenance only requires data troubleshooting and device communication status inspection.
- Product Attributes
Follow the ABB MDRC series industrial-grade design standards, with strong anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics, which can effectively resist electrical signal interference in building distribution boxes and energy management cabinets; the operating temperature range is -10℃~55℃, the protection level reaches IP20, adapting to conventional installation environments such as indoor distribution boxes and energy management special cabinets; the shell is made of flame-retardant and high-temperature-resistant engineering materials, meeting the safety requirements of building electrical equipment, supporting 7×24-hour continuous and stable operation without the risk of mechanical failure, meeting the core demand of uninterrupted acquisition of building energy consumption data; adapted to wide voltage power supply (100-240V AC), compatible with power grid standards in different countries and regions, with strong versatility, and can be directly connected to building mains power without additional power supply accessories.
- Core Features
Built-in data verification and fault diagnosis functions, real-time monitor the communication status and metering working status of 16 connected devices, trigger an alarm immediately when the device is offline or the data is distorted/abnormal, and synchronize fault information through local indicator lights and KNX central control system for quick location and troubleshooting, ensuring the integrity of energy consumption data; large-capacity local storage of energy consumption data, data is not lost after power failure, effectively avoiding the statistical fault of energy consumption caused by sudden power failure and ensuring the continuity of energy consumption accounting; low-power industrial-grade design, the device itself has extremely low operating power consumption, supporting KNX bus remote status monitoring and fault diagnosis, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance cost of the energy management system; with customizable energy consumption threshold setting function, it will automatically alarm when the energy consumption exceeds the threshold, helping building energy conservation management, cost optimization and over-consumption early warning.
