The LPG Series High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer efficiently transforms solutions, emulsions, suspensions, or slurries into fine powder or granular products through rapid evaporation in hot air.
Material is pumped to the tower top and atomized into fine droplets. When these droplets contact high-temperature hot air, water evaporates instantly, producing dry material that discharges from the bottom or through cyclone separation. The system includes various fine powder recovery options tailored to product characteristics.
