The JT-4.95IPSINCELL is a 4.95-inch TFT-LCD display with a resolution of 540 × 960 pixels and a brightness of 250 cd/m². This module incorporates the TD4160-BOS-HHV30Z-0 controller IC and supports MIPI interfaces. Its overall dimensions are 64.04 mm (W) × 114.98 mm (H) × 2.0 mm (T), with an active area measuring 61.64 mm (W) × 109.58 mm (H). The analog supply voltage (Vdd) for the module ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V.

Featuring an IPS screen, this display module delivers clear visibility from a wide range of viewing angles. The JT-4.95IPSINCELL has an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C.
