Features stable electrically driven bottom loading system, easy for sample loading and unloading, all sides heating achieves an outstanding temperature uniformity, controlled atmosphere. Constructed dual steel housing, stability and low temperature leakage, round vertical chamber lined with 1850# high alumina ceramic fiber. Safety Measures

• Built-in Ammeter and dual Voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down elevator hearth furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot
