Working Principle

The feed liquid enters the evaporation chamber and is spread into a thin moving film through a rotating wiping system.

Under vacuum conditions:

  1. Liquid film contacts the heated surface evenly
  2. Heat transfer occurs rapidly
  3. Volatile components evaporate
  4. Concentrated product is collected continuously

This design improves evaporation performance compared with conventional batch evaporation equipment.
