Description

Material

This P80 plasma nozzle is manufactured from premium chrome zirconium copper (Cr-Zr-Cu). Compared with ordinary copper, chrome zirconium copper features superior thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and outstanding anti-ablation performance.

It maintains stable orifice shape during long cutting cycles, reduces deformation and delivers consistent cutting quality. Optional chrome-plated surface treatment is available for better anti-spatter performance.

Instructions

  1. Match the nozzle bore size with cutting current and plate thickness before installation.
  2. Clean the nozzle, electrode and torch seat thoroughly to remove dust and metal debris.
  3. Install the nozzle and electrode correctly, keep proper clearance and avoid over-tightening.
  4. Check air pressure and gas flow before cutting; unstable air supply will shorten nozzle lifespan.
  5. Replace the nozzle once the orifice is deformed, burnt or cutting arc becomes unstable.
  6. Store in dry place, avoid scratch and collision to protect the nozzle surface.
