Description

Material Introduction

This P80 plasma consumable pair consists of one electrode and one cutting nozzle. The outer shell adopts high-purity copper with uniform nickel plating finish, offering great thermal conductivity and anti-spatter performance.

The electrode is embedded with premium hafnium wire core. Hafnium material can withstand sustained high-temperature plasma discharge, supporting stable arc starting and smooth arc running.

It works well for cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, producing clean cut lines and minimizing dross buildup.

Operation Guide

  1. Verify your torch model and cutting current range before fitting this P80 B set.
  2. Wipe the torch interior, electrode and nozzle contact faces to eliminate metal debris and oxide layer.
  3. Fit the electrode first then install the nozzle, apply moderate torque. Excessive force will damage the thread and sealing surface.
  4. Make sure compressed air is dry and pressure is calibrated. Moist air will speed up hafnium core wear and shorten service life.
  5. Stop cutting and replace the kit immediately if you notice arc flickering, rough cutting surface or obvious erosion on the hafnium tip.
  6. Store spare consumables in sealed dry packaging. Prevent scratches, dents and surface contamination.
