Our Quality Control System

Our QMS is certified in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements and is strictly implemented across our 20,000㎡ production facility. We have established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each of our four large-scale workshops, covering laser cutting, automatic bending, robotic welding, and powder coating lines. Every batch of raw materials, including steel plates, motors, and electronic components, undergoes incoming inspection before entering production. During the manufacturing process, our in-process quality control (IPQC) team conducts real-time monitoring at critical checkpoints. For our core products—such as the LY-02-1300 two-component curtain coater, LY-07-3000 vacuum hot press, and LY-08-1300 three-axis robotic palletizer—we perform 100% functional testing before assembly is completed.

Traceability and Continuous Improvement

Each machine we produce receives a unique serial number, enabling full traceability of components, assembly records, and test results. This system supports rapid root-cause analysis and corrective actions in the rare event of a field issue. We also conduct regular process capability studies and internal audits to identify opportunities for improvement. Our team of 10 service personnel and three after-sales service centers ensure that any quality-related concern is resolved quickly on-site or remotely.

Quality Objectives

For the current year, our key quality objectives are:

• Maintain ISO 9001 certification through annual surveillance audits.

• Achieve a first-pass yield (FPY) of ≥98% on all production lines.

• Maintain on-time delivery performance above 95%.

These targets are reviewed quarterly by our management team, and results are shared with all employees to foster a culture of quality ownership.
