NF P92-505 Melting Material Dripping Testing Machine Introduction:


This thermal radiation molten drip tester meets the technical specifications and requirements specified in international standards NF P92-505, EU 95/28/EC, and ECE R118 Annex 7. According to NF P 92-505, this test is an additional test for Class M building materials. It is suitable for testing the molten dripping and combustion performance of hot-melt materials under the action of a primary heat source. It can test flexible and thin materials, such as cellulose in thermal insulation wadding.

1. All tooling is made of stainless steel, which is aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant.

2. The radiation support is rotatable, with a rotation angle greater than 90 degrees, facilitating sample installation.

3. The sample installation height is adjustable.

4. Electric radiator.

5. The radiant heat output is linearly adjustable; the radiant heat is automatically adjusted via power control.

6. The radiation hood is made of quartz glass with an opening diameter of 100mm ± 5mm.

7. The thermal radiation at a distance of 30mm from the lower surface of the radiation hood is 3W/cm³.

8. The sample holder is made of a stainless steel ring with an inner diameter of 118mm.

9. The receiving tray has an inner diameter of 118mm and a depth of 12mm, and is stuffed with cotton.

10. Automatic timing reminder for sample ignition.
