ISO 9239 ASTM E648 Flooring Radiant Panel Tester Combustion Performance Detection
The flammability testing system for flooring materials is based on the fundamental principles of the radiant heat source method, and the experimental methods and conditions are determined according to standards ISO 9239 and ASTM E648. The system evaluates the flammability of flooring material samples under laboratory conditions by observing and measuring the flame propagation of the samples exposed to an inclined radiant heat field.

Temperature Sensor Two K-type stainless steel armored thermocouples, 3.2mm diameter, installed in test chamber and flue.
Radiation Pyrometer Testing range: (480~530)℃ (blackbody temperature), accuracy: ±0.5℃, positioned approximately 1.4m from radiation plate.
