Petroleum Resin Product Specification
I. Product Characteristics:
Petroleum resin is mainly composed of thermally polymerized aromatic hydrocarbon cyclic compounds. This product is refined from carefully selected high-quality fractions through thermal polymerization reaction. This product has good compatibility with various rubbers and fillers and can be used as a rubber tackifier, improving the self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of the rubber compound. Adding petroleum resin to the rubber compound can improve the processing performance of the rubber compound and can also be used as a rubber softener, keeping the rubber compound soft and preventing it from hardening and solidifying quickly, reducing the difficulty of on-site mixing operations. During the rubber mixing process, this product can quickly wet inorganic fillers and accelerate the uniform dispersion of various materials. This product can reduce the amount of natural rubber and synthetic rubber used, significantly reducing product manufacturing costs without changing the quality of rubber products. This product is flammable and non-toxic, does not affect the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound, has good scorch safety, and can effectively improve the physical properties of vulcanized rubber.

II. Application Areas:
Tires, conveyor belts, and various other rubber products. This product is not suitable for white or transparent rubber products.
III. Instructions for Use:
1. Granular products are suitable for automatic metering and manual mixing. To ensure dispersion effect, it is recommended to add it at the beginning of the mixing process.
2. This product is recommended for use in internal mixers, and the mixing temperature should be at least 10℃ above its softening point.
3. The dosage in general rubber is 1-15.0 phr. Please conduct small-scale tests before use.

This product is a non-hazardous material and can be transported as general chemicals. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm to operators.
