This 60μm base film with 25μm emboss depth CPP yellow-black dual-color embossed film combines advanced manufacturing technology with superior performance characteristics for versatile industrial applications.
Production Process
Manufactured using advanced co-extrusion casting and precision embossing technology. High-purity CPP resin is molten in temperature-calibrated extruders (160-180℃), then co-extruded with high-pigment yellow & black masterbatches to form a stable 60μm dual-color base film. After precision cooling and shaping, it undergoes embossing under 100-110℃ and 0.2-0.3MPa to form a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by corona treatment, precision trimming and tight winding—yielding defect-free rolls with consistent batch performance (deviation ≤3%) for industrial mass production.
