Material Characteristics

Manufacturing Process
  • Polymerization: Propylene monomers polymerized under pressure and high temperature
  • Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets melted and extruded through flat die
  • Orientation: Sheet stretched across machine and transverse directions
  • Cooling: Film cooled using cooling roll system
  • Finishing: Corona discharge treatment for improved printing and adhesion
