Manufacturing Process
- Polymerization: Propylene monomers are polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets
- Extrusion: Resin pellets are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a continuous sheet
- Orientation: Sheet is stretched across machine and transverse directions to enhance mechanical properties and clarity
- Cooling: Film is cooled using a cooling roll and stored on a take-up roll
- Finishing: Surface treatments including corona discharge improve printing quality and adhesion
