High Gloss Cast Polypropylene Film (Cast PP Film)
40 μm natural color cast polypropylene film for food, medical, and industrial packaging applications.

Manufacturing Process
  • Polymerization: Propylene monomers polymerized under pressure and high temperature
  • Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets melted and extruded through a flat die
  • Orientation: Sheet stretched across machine and transverse directions
  • Cooling: Film cooled using cooling roll and stored on take-up roll
  • Finishing: Surface treatments applied to improve printing quality and adhesion
