40μm Milky White Cast Polypropylene CPP Films Label Material
40 μm translucent white cast polypropylene film for food, medical, and industrial packaging applications. This thin, flexible packaging material offers excellent versatility across multiple industries.

Key Material Characteristics
Cast polypropylene film features excellent transparency, high gloss, and superior moisture barriers, making it ideal for packaging applications where product visibility is essential. The material offers exceptional durability, flexibility, and heat sealing properties, with high resistance to punctures, tearing, and abrasion for reliable performance during transportation and handling.
CPP film maintains good stiffness and dimensional stability, preventing shrinkage or stretching during processing and use. Its excellent printability ensures clear, vibrant graphics for effective branding and visual communication.
Manufacturing Process
  • Polymerization: Propylene monomers are polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets
  • Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a continuous sheet
  • Orientation: The extruded sheet is stretched across machine and transverse directions to enhance mechanical properties and clarity
  • Cooling: Film is cooled using a cooling roll and stored on a take-up roll
  • Finishing: Surface treatments including corona discharge improve printing quality and adhesion
