Product Overview
100μm base film with 25μm emboss depth CPP red-black dual-color embossed film designed for premium applications requiring exceptional durability and visual appeal.
Production Process
Crafted with ultra-precision co-extrusion casting and industrial-grade embossing technology. High-purity CPP resin is molten in a temperature-calibrated extruder (160-180℃), then co-extruded with high-concentration red & black masterbatches to form a 100μm ultra-rigid dual-color base film (25μm red top layer/75μm black bottom layer). After precision cooling and shaping, it undergoes embossing under 100-110℃ & 0.2-0.3MPa for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by high-power corona treatment, precision edge trimming and tight winding—yielding defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%) for industrial mass production.
