70μm CPP Red-Black Dual-Color Embossed Film
70μm base film with 25μm uniform emboss depth, featuring red-black dual-color construction. Engineered for high tensile strength, tear resistance, printability, heat-sealability, and durability. Ideal for packaging and stationery applications.
Production Process
Utilizes advanced co-extrusion casting and precision embossing technology. High-purity CPP resin is melted at 160-180°C, then co-extruded with red and black masterbatches to form a stable 70μm dual-color base film. After cooling and shaping, precision embossing at 100-110°C under 0.2-0.3MPa pressure creates uniform 25μm fine cloth grain texture, followed by corona treatment and winding into defect-free rolls.
Key Features
- 70μm high-stiffness base film with 25μm uniform emboss depth
- Vivid red-black dual-color with excellent color fastness (fading grade 1 after 72h UV aging)
- Superior mechanical properties: tensile strength 21.2/19.5MPa (MD/TD)
- Tear resistance 16.1/13.3N (MD/TD), elongation at break 315/268% (MD/TD)
- Shore D hardness 52.7HD with strong emboss adhesion
- Corona-treated surface with tension ≥40mN/m for high printability
- Heat seal strength 12.3N/15mm with good oil and moisture resistance
- Compliant with food contact grade standard (GB 4806.7-2016)
Product Advantages
- 70μm medium-thick base film balances high stiffness and good toughness
- 25μm fine emboss design enhances anti-slip tactile feel and aesthetic layering
- Red-black dual-color co-extrusion achieves non-fading, non-bleeding color effect
- Excellent batch consistency with test result deviation ≤3%
- High printability and heat sealability for easy composite, printing and processing
- Reliable oil and moisture barrier performance for multi-scenario use
- Food-grade environmental protection with stable mass production
- Customizable emboss patterns with high cost performance
Application Environment
Ideal for mid-range stationery including notebook covers, album shells, and file folders. Widely used as base material for general industrial identification tapes. Suitable for mid-range small food packaging and simple industrial protective packaging. Performs stably in normal temperature environments (0°C-60°C) and adapts to high-speed slitting, printing, and heat-sealing processing procedures.
