Production Process
Precision co-extrusion casting technology using high-purity food-grade CPP resin molten at 160-180℃, homogeneously blended with UV-stable red masterbatch for uniform color dispersion. Cast into smooth 60μm base film via precision die head, followed by constant-temperature cooling, corona surface activation, edge trimming and tight winding. Ensures defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%) for continuous industrial mass production.
