The ST 300 Water Well Drilling Rig Machine solves the problems of difficult drilling with air DTH hammer in soil layers and low construction efficiency of water drilling mud in hard rock layers, gravel, and pebble layers. This water-gas dual-purpose drilling rig is suitable for all types of strata and offers high core drilling efficiency in drilling and geological exploration.

Operation Guidelines

During operation, the pump is used for reverse circulation. Under atmospheric pressure, the circulating fluid flows from the sedimentation tank to the bottom of the well through the return ditch along the annular gap of the well. The rotary table drives the drill pipe to rotate the drill bit for drilling, while the mud pump's suction creates negative pressure to draw debris mud into the drill pipe's inner cavity and discharge it into the sedimentation tank.

Leakage Prevention

High water head can cause mud leakage into the hole wall. Prevention methods include:

  • Strengthening the retaining wall with thick mud or clay filling for slow deformation
  • Repeatedly impacting the retaining wall with filled soil to infiltrate gravel and pebbles
  • Sealing joint leaks with absorbent cotton and quick-drying cement
