1. Before drilling, the drilling rig shall be constructed in strict accordance with the hole position, orientation, angle, hole depth, etc
2. When installing the drill pipe, ensure that the drill pipe is not blocked, bent or cracked.
3. When clean water is used for drilling, water supply is not allowed before drilling, and pressure drilling can be carried out only after the water returns. Sufficient flow shall be ensured, and dry hole drilling is not allowed. When there is much rock powder in the hole, the water volume shall be increased to extend the pump start time, and the drilling can be stopped only after the hole is effectively flushed.
4. During the drilling process, the distance shall be accurately measured. Generally, the drill pipe must be measured every 10 meters of drilling or when the drilling tool is changed, and the hole depth shall be verified and relevant records shall be made. 5. Then check whether the gearbox, shaft sleeve, horizontal and vertical shaft gear have overtemperature phenomenon and abnormal sound. If any problem is found, stop the machine immediately to check and find the cause and deal with it in a timely manner. Don't stop and leave the problem unsolved, which will lead to rapid mechanical damage over time and high maintenance costs.
