4.1 Appearance
When we observe the battery with the naked eye, there are no signs of scratches, swelling, deformation, corrosion or electrolyte leakage on the surface of the ER14250 battery.
4.2 Structure
The ER14250 battery cell is composed of "carbon encapsulated" electrode technology.
To ensure the excellent sealing performance of the battery cells, the ER14250 adopts glass/metal sealing technology. At 1 standard helium pressure, the leakage rate is ≤

6.1 Environmental adaptability performance
6.1.1 High and low temperature cycling
According to the test requirements of UL* : Place the sample battery in a constant temperature box, heat it up from 20±3℃ to 70±3℃ within 30 minutes and maintain it for 4 hours, then

6.2.2 Heavy Object Impact
According to the test requirements of UL* : Place the longitudinal axis of the sample battery parallel to the horizontal plane, and place it in a cross shape with steel rods of 15.8mm diameter

6.2.3 Extrusion

8. Incoming material inspection
Before EVE batteries are dispatched from the factory, 100% of the open-circuit voltage (OCV) and load voltage of the batteries will be inspected. Sample and test the capacity of the battery
Quantity, visual appearance and size.
For the incoming material inspection of the client side, EVE recommends the implementation of GB2828.1-2003 and GB2829-2002 standards.
