Description

This 30 g/㎡ single‑side glossy white kraft paper features a super calendered front side with exceptional smoothness (358.5s) for high‑definition printing, while the natural rough back ensures secure bonding. Made from 100% bleached softwood virgin pulp, it is food‑contact safe and free of fluorescent agents. Ideal for paper straws, lollipop sticks, and lightweight food wraps.

Process Introduction

100% softwood sulfate virgin pulp, medium beating (CSF 550‑620mL). AKD neutral sizing 0.2‑0.4%. Fourdrinier forming, pressed to 38‑42% dryness, multi‑cylinder dried at 85‑115°C to 6‑7% moisture. Single‑roll soft calendering (65‑85°C, 180‑220 kN/m) polishes only the front side; back remains rough. No fillers, no fluorescent agents.
