Description

This 60 g/㎡ single‑side glossy white kraft paper is designed for multi‑wall cement sacks, chemical bags, and industrial packaging. Exceptionally high tensile strength (MD 42.74N) and tightness (0.86 g/cm³) withstand rough handling. Glossy outer ply enables brand printing; matte inner ply bonds with other plies.

Process Introduction

100% softwood kraft, high beating degree (CSF 500‑550mL). Single‑side heavy calendering to achieve gloss without cracking at high grammage. Back side intentionally rough for inter‑ply adhesion. Roll winding with even tension to prevent telescoping.
