This 35 g/㎡ single‑side glossy white kraft paper is engineered for fast‑food burger wraps and sandwich bags. The glossy front (smoothness 263.9s) resists grease migration, while the rough back prevents slipping. Higher tensile strength (MD 28.79N) ensures wrap integrity with hot, juicy contents.

Process Introduction

Same virgin pulp as 30g but with slightly higher beating degree for increased bonding. AKD sizing optimized for oil resistance. Single‑side calendering at 65‑85°C. Dried to 5.5% moisture. Rolls slit for automated wrapping lines. Back side kept rough for glue adhesion.
