IAI PCON-C-42PI-NP-2-0-H is a single-axis position controller for a compatible 42P incremental actuator using the H specification. In IAI model coding, the H suffix identifies the high-acceleration and loading configuration. This suffix is part of the product identity and must remain in the title, model field, attributes, and replacement check.

The controller uses the PCON-C positioner architecture with an internal drive-power cutoff relay, NPN sink I/O, a 2 m I/O cable specification, and 24 VDC supply.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

Do not replace this unit with PCON-C-42PI-NP-2-0 solely because the rest of the model code is identical. Confirm the H suffix on the controller documentation, connected actuator, parameter file, moving load, motor and encoder cables, brake option, PIO pattern, and NPN wiring. PCON-CB is the successor family, but conversion of parameters, teaching tools, connectors, and cables must be checked before commissioning.
