Introduction

This Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine is designed for accurate filling of cream, lotion, paste and other liquid or semi-viscous products.

The machine uses a fully pneumatic filling system and requires an external compressed-air supply. The standard 30L stainless steel hopper provides convenient gravity feeding, while the product-contact parts are made of SS316L stainless steel for easy cleaning and good corrosion resistance.

A sanitary clamp connection allows quick disassembly of product-contact components for cleaning and maintenance. Different filling nozzles and filling ranges can be selected according to bottle size, product viscosity and required filling volume.

The compact single-nozzle design is suitable for flexible small and medium batch production in cosmetic, personal care, daily chemical and related industries.
