Introduction

The Semi-Automatic Pneumatic Piston Filling Machine is designed for accurate dosing and filling of liquid, cream, paste and other semi-viscous products.

The machine uses a pneumatic piston system to draw a preset amount of material from the hopper and dispense it through a single filling nozzle. Filling volume can be adjusted within the selected cylinder range, making the machine suitable for flexible small and medium batch production.

With a compact floor-standing structure, foot pedal operation and simple mechanical adjustment, the machine is suitable for cosmetics, personal care, food and chemical filling applications such as cream, lotion, ointment, gel, chili sauce and tomato sauce.
