1. The combination of a 50mm large center hole and a rotor flange, with a flange diameter of 150mm, provides a large contact area with the rotating end face of heavy equipment, ensuring strong stability after installation and resisting loosening due to vibration.
2. The housing is made of high-strength alloy material, maintaining toughness even in temperatures as low as -30°C, making it suitable for use with heavy rotating equipment in cold regions.
3. Multi-channel customization enables simultaneous transmission support for multiple high-power components and sensors.
4. When upgraded to IP68 protection, a pressure-compensating seal design is employed. In environments with large fluctuations in water depth, the internal air pressure automatically adjusts to the external water pressure, preventing seal deformation.
5. The conductors utilize AF200-17AWG Teflon wire with an insulation layer thickness of 0.5mm. This ensures stable insulation performance and is less susceptible to breakdown in high-pressure and humid environments.
