FSF2586 series flange waterproof rotary joint, flange installation, simple and efficient, insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, multi-channel flexible combination, center hole size of 25.4mm, outer diameter size of 86mm, suitable for use in equipment with fixed rotor end face.


FSF2586 series flange waterproof rotary joint Features

1. The 25.4mm center hole paired with a reinforced flange has a load capacity of up to 50kg, allowing it to directly support rotating equipment components, reducing stress on the main shaft and extending shaft life.
2. The flange features four reserved mounting holes compatible with industry-standard components, eliminating the need for custom connectors during installation and improving assembly efficiency by approximately 40% compared to non-standard flange models.
3. 6-36 channels support "power + differential signal" transmission, allowing for simultaneous transmission of 380V power and PLC differential control signals, ensuring fast control response in rotary stations on automated production lines.
4. The conductors are made of flex-resistant Teflon wire, capable of withstanding over 100,000 bends. This prevents breakage in applications where flange installation requires frequent bending.
