FSF3899 series large diameter flange waterproof through-hole conductive ring, flange installation, 24-way compact layout with low transmission loss, center hole size of 38.1mm, outer diameter of 99mm, suitable for wind power equipment rotating joints with fixed rotor end faces, etc.
FSF3899 series large diameter flange waterproof through-hole conductive ring Features
1. The 38.1mm center hole + flange design matches the flange diameter to the housing. After installation, the device's rotating center of gravity coincides with the center of the slip ring. Even at high speeds, the vibration amplitude is ≤0.05mm, ensuring smooth operation.
2. The housing and flange are integrated, eliminating gaps and offering shock resistance up to 100G, protecting internal components from damage in scenarios with mechanical impact risk.
3. Power transmission supports 440V high voltage, and each power channel is independently insulated. In multi-motor drive systems for large equipment, each motor can be independently controlled without interfering with each other.
4. Optional IP68 protection is available, making it suitable for deep-water pressure applications. The reinforced sealing structure at the flange-housing joint prevents water leakage even after long-term immersion in the rotary joints of underwater robots.
5. The 24 maximum channels are compactly arranged, measuring only 136mm in length, making it suitable for large equipment with limited axial space.
