The FS50119 series waterproof rotary conductive slip ring has a center hole size of 50mm, an outer diameter of 119mm, 24 channels supporting multi-channel parallel transmission, an impact-resistant metal shell, and an insulation resistance of ≥1000MΩ. It is suitable for heavy-duty equipment such as mining machinery turntables and large water conservancy gate rotation mechanisms.
FS50119 series waterproof rotary conductive slip ring Features
1. The extra-large 50mm center hole is designed for thick shafts in heavy equipment, such as the rotating shafts of port cranes and turntables in mining machinery. No shaft cutting is required during installation, preserving the equipment's structural strength.
2. The 24 channels can simultaneously transmit 8 high-power currents and 16 control signals, meeting the transmission requirements of multi-component coordinated operation in heavy equipment.
3. The metal housing is 30% thicker than the smaller series, allowing it to withstand minor impacts without deformation during handling and installation, reducing transportation and installation losses.
4. The insulation strength reaches 1000 VCA @ 50 Hz, and the insulation resistance between the power and signal channels is ≥ 1000 MΩ, preventing leakage and signal crosstalk in high-voltage equipment.
