1. The rotor features a flanged design, allowing direct mounting to the equipment end face via a flange. This design is suitable for applications where the rotor must withstand axial forces. The radial runout after installation is ≤0.1mm, offering superior stability compared to sleeve-type designs.
2. The dual adaptability of a 12.7mm center hole and flange mounting ensures both shaft diameter matching and end face positioning with minimal error in applications requiring high precision, such as medical rotating instruments and precision testing equipment.
3. An embedded seal is used at the flange-to-housing connection to eliminate weak points in waterproofing caused by mounting gaps. Even with IP65 basic protection, the design resists intrusion from oblique water jets.
4. The cable outlet for the 6-24 channels is perpendicular to the flange plane. In compact spaces, the wires can be routed axially from the housing, minimizing entanglement with other components.
