PP Strapping Winder Semi Automatic Device with High Precision Servo Motors and Customizable Strap Dimensions for Industrial
Model PPSA-LM PP strapping winder is designed for conventional PP strap production. It processes straps of 8–18mm width and 0.4–1.4mm thickness, matched with standard 200mm inner diameter paper cores, and custom core sizes are available.The maximum winding outer diameter is 550mm, with adjustable winding speed from 50 to 300 m/min. It delivers stable winding tension and neat finished coils. Featuring high cost performance, long service life and simple operation, this machine helps enterprises realize high-efficiency standardized production.
