PP Strapping Winder Semi Automatic Device with High Precision Servo Motors and Customizable Strap Dimensions for Industrial
The PPSA-LM PP strapping winder is custom-built for standard PP strap production lines. Compatible with straps ranging from 8–18mm in width and 0.4–1.4mm in thickness, it comes with standard 200mm inner diameter paper cores, while custom core sizes are available on demand.This machine achieves a maximum winding outer diameter of 550mm, with variable winding speed adjustable from 50 to 300 m/min. Its built-in constant tension winding mechanism thoroughly avoids strap deviation and coil collapse.Fitted with brand-name core components, the equipment sustains consistent winding tension to produce smooth, compact reels. Boasting excellent overall cost-effectiveness, it enables manufacturers to perform high-output standardized mass production.
