PP Strapping Winder Semi Automatic Device with High Precision Servo Motors and Customizable Strap Dimensions for Industrial
This PP strapping winder Model PPSA-LM is specially developed for standard PP strapping production lines. It fits straps of 8–18mm width and 0.4–1.4mm thickness, compatible with 200mm inner diameter paper cores, and core sizes can be customized.
The maximum winding outer diameter is 550mm, with adjustable winding speed ranging from 50 to 300 m/min. Fitted with a constant tension winding structure, it prevents strap deviation and coil collapse.
The machine adopts core components from top brands to ensure stable winding tension and neatly formed coils. Featuring excellent cost performance, it helps enterprises achieve high-efficiency standardized mass production.
