Product Overview
Ceteareth-20 is a non-ionic surfactant produced by the addition reaction of C16-C18 fatty alcohols with ethylene oxide. It appears as a white waxy solid at room temperature with an HLB value of 15-16. This versatile compound is readily soluble in both cold and hot water, forming near-neutral aqueous solutions, and demonstrates excellent resistance to hard water, weak acids/alkalis, and metal salts.

Characterized by low foaming and biodegradability, Ceteareth-20 offers outstanding performance in leveling, retarding, emulsifying, dispersing, cleaning, and solubilizing applications. It exhibits strong compatibility with anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants.
