Overview
Heavy metals in flue gas primarily originate from smelters or lead-acid battery enterprises, spreading into the atmosphere through exhaust emissions. The heavy metals in flue gas include mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), thallium (Tl), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), and their compounds.
These substances have a long residence time in the atmosphere, are not degraded by microorganisms, and can convert into highly toxic organometallic compounds, posing significant risks to human health and the environment.
The AG-HM07 online continuous monitoring system for heavy metals in flue gas is specifically developed by Longsun for heavy metal pollution from waste gas sources. The instrument employs heat-trace extraction technology and isokinetic sampling for particulate matter in flue gas. After reducing moisture and temperature to appropriate levels, particulate matter is automatically enriched on a roll-shaped filter membrane. A high-precision XRF analysis module then accurately calculates heavy metal concentrations in flue gas particulates, enabling continuous online monitoring of various heavy metal pollutants including lead, chromium, cadmium, and arsenic.
This system meets requirements for composition monitoring, emission supervision, and total pollution control of heavy metal pollution from waste gas sources.
