2L Low-noise Vertical Planetary Ball Milling Machine For Laboratory
The ACEY-VHBM-2L planetary ball mill supports dry grinding, wet grinding in suspension, and operation under inert gas atmospheres. In addition to size reduction, it is suitable for mixing and homogenizing emulsions and pastes, as well as for mechanical alloying and material activation in research applications. Compact in design yet fully functional, the instrument delivers high efficiency with low noise levels. It offers an ideal solution for obtaining research samples in institutes, universities, and industrial laboratories, with the capability to process up to four samples simultaneously in a single run. When equipped with vacuum-compatible milling jars, samples can also be ground under vacuum conditions. The system is widely applied across various fields including geology, mining, metallurgy, electronics, construction materials, ceramics, chemical engineering, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.
