ACEY-FC250 the automatic film coating machine is widely used in various coating applications, including ceramic films, crystalline layers, battery material coatings, and specialized nano‑films. Coating thickness is precisely controlled via micrometer adjustment. The system is equipped with a precision‑adjustable film applicator, and a moving push‑rod advances at a constant speed to ensure uniform slurry deposition onto the substrate. This equipment is especially suitable for manufacturing battery electrodes, as it guarantees consistent density of the positive and negative active materials across the entire electrode sheet.
