Product Description
ACEY-BIT60-30A300A battery pack test system is designed for comprehensive testing of finished lithium battery packs. It accurately measures key parameters including open-circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, continuous charge current and voltage, continuous discharge current and voltage, overcharge protection current (0–30A), over-discharge protection current (0–300A), short-circuit protection time, overcurrent delay time, and post-test voltage. The system can start testing automatically via SN barcode scanning with an infrared gun or by detecting battery voltage. It is suitable for all series of lithium-ion power batteries equipped with CH+, P+, CH-, and P- connections, providing a reliable and efficient solution for quality control and performance verification of finished lithium battery packs.
Test items
- Voltage Measurement: Measures both open-circuit voltage and post-test voltage (after short-circuit or protection tests) to verify battery condition. Voltage range: 0–60V.
- Internal Resistance: Tests the battery’s AC internal resistance at 1000 Hz, with a range of 0–4000 mΩ.
- Overcharge Current Protection: Verifies the battery’s ability to prevent overcurrent during charging, ensuring protection circuits function correctly. Range: 0–30A.
- Continuous Charging Current: For batteries without overcurrent protection, allows setting charging current similar to the charger. Range: 0–30A.
- Continuous Charging Voltage Monitoring: Sets upper and lower voltage limits during charging to prevent overvoltage. Voltage range: 0–60V.
- Overdischarge Current Protection & Delay Time: Automatically protects the battery when discharge current exceeds the set limit. Current range: 0–300A, max power: 18 kW. Supports two test modes:
Step Test: Current increases gradually from lower to upper limit; step size and action time are configurable.
Fast Test: Two-step test with set lower and upper current limits; evaluates BMS reaction to determine pass/fail.
- Continuous Discharge Current: Tests normal discharge current; ensures the battery can sustain discharge without BMS malfunction. Range: 0–300A.
- Continuous Discharge Voltage Monitoring: Sets voltage limits during discharge to prevent over-discharge. Voltage range: 0–60V.
- Short-Circuit Protection Time: Measures the BMS reaction time during instantaneous short-circuits. Fast response (<1000 μs) protects the battery and PCB. Max short-circuit current: 0~5000A.
- Single-Cell Voltage Monitoring: Dynamically monitors individual cell voltage during charge and discharge.
- Charge/Discharge Voltage Rise/Drop: Compares end-of-charge or end-of-discharge voltage with static voltage to determine voltage rise or drop.
- Safe Operation: In case of power interruption or MOSFET shutdown in the BMS, the tester avoids surge currents, preventing damage to the battery protection board.
