This intermittent experimental coater is a three-roll transfer coating system suitable for both continuous and intermittent coating processes, offering convenient application to various substrate surface coating procedures. Designed specifically for the lithium-ion battery industry, the equipment prioritizes ease of use for researchers while meeting the same requirements for coating accuracy and consistency as production-scale systems. It features excellent drying performance and is ideal for the development and small-scale trials of secondary batteries, including lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, and nickel-based batteries.
