AIRERA | 11kW Industrial High-Performance Oil-Injected Screw Compressor
Peak Power, Rock-Solid Stability: 0.7 -1.3MPa Heavy-Duty Series
To meet the demands of multi-station high-load operations and precision manufacturing, the AIRERA 11kW (15HP) Series is the "Performance Beast" your facility deserves. It delivers not only high Free Air Delivery (FAD) but also industry-leading energy efficiency, making it the premier choice for modern factory upgrades.
Key System Advantages
Drives and Electrics
The almost loss-free power transmission guarantees reliable, high-performance compressor operation. The regular maintenance requirement is reduced to lubrication of the motor. All the electronic components are brand products of leading manufacturers.
Air End Block - Reliable Centerpiece - Design in Germany
The centerpiece of the compressor is the air end, which is constructed and manufactured with the most modern production methods in Germany. The optimal air end for your compressor can be used on a modulating basis. In frequency-controlled units, where the operating pressure changes, adjustments can also be made on the frequency controller to optimally adjust the speed of the compressor to the compressor performance.
Electric Motor Performance
Only electric motors from well-known manufacturers of protection class IP55/IE3&4 are used. As a standard, the drive motors are monitored both thermally (via the thermistor of the motor) as well as electronically (overload protection via the frequency inverter).

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How many workstations can the 11kW model support? How is the performance at 1.3MPa?
At a standard 0.8MPa pressure, the AIRERA 11kW delivers an FAD of approximately 1.7 m³/min, sufficient for 8-10 standard pneumatic stations. At 1.3MPa high pressure, it maintains a robust output of around 1.2 m³/min. This makes it the premier power source for 3000W -6000W laser cutting machines, ensuring forceful, continuous air blowing for smooth, burr-free cuts.
Q2: How does the 11kW model perform in hot summer weather? Will it trip frequently?
No. AIRERA 11kW features an upgraded heavy-duty plate-fin radiator with a cooling surface area 20% larger than industry standards. Paired with a high-power centrifugal fan and optimized airflow, the system keeps oil temperatures optimal even in 45°C ambient heat, completely eliminating high-temperature trip-outs.
Q3: Why does AIRERA emphasize "Low-Speed, Large-Rotor" design? What is the benefit?
Some brands use small rotors at high speeds to cut costs, resulting in high noise and short lifespans. AIRERA utilizes low-speed, large-rotor airends. Lower RPM means significantly less mechanical wear. For the user, this translates to a quieter operation (approx. 68dB), longer intervals between services, and a machine lifespan exceeding 10 years.
